José Manuel Cabrero

José Manuel Cabrero is a Professor of Architectural Structures and Timber Construction at the Universidad de Navarra, where he has led the Cátedra Madera Onesta since its founding in 2011. A distinguished Doctor Architect and Humboldt Fellow, he is recognized as one of Europe’s leading experts in structural timber joints. He serves as Spain’s sole representative on Eurocode 5 working groups for joint design and finite element modeling, and has led numerous national and European research projects advancing sustainable construction and structural design.
