Simon Boas Hoffmeyer

Simon Boas Hoffmeyer is Vice President of Group Sustainability & ESG at Carlsberg Group, where he leads the global rollout of the company’s sustainability programme, “Together towards ZERO and Beyond”. With experience in strategy, business development, PR, and communications, he drives progress on climate action, circularity, water stewardship, diversity & inclusion, and biodiversity across Carlsberg's operations in more than 100 markets. He is recognised for making sustainability tangible for consumers and for forging partnerships across the value chain. Under his leadership, Carlsberg was among the first global companies to set 1.5°C‑aligned Science‑Based Targets. Simon is also a strong advocate for regenerative agriculture, embedding regenerative sourcing practices that improve soil health, enhance ecosystems, and strengthen climate resilience.
