Shimei Fan

Shimei Fan is the Chief Scientific & Sustainability Officer at Coty. Previously, she served as the Senior Vice President of Americas Innovation Center at Shiseido, as the Global R&D Vice President of Personal Care at Beiersdorf, as the Global Senior R&D Director at Johnson & Johnson, and as the Senior R&D Director of Open Innovation at Unilever. She holds a Master's degree in Physical Chemistry from Cambridge University, a Ph.D in Physical Chemistry from Southampton University, and an Executive Program from Harvard Business School.
