Veena Sahajwalla is Professor at the University of New South Wales, where she also directs The SM@RT Centre for Sustainable Materials Research and Technology. She also heads the Australian Government’s new National Environmental Science Program Sustainable Communities and Waste Hub, and served as a Commissioner at the Australian Climate Commission.
