Hayley Walker is an Associate Professor of International Negotiation at IÉSEG School of Management in France. Her research applies insights from management and organizational behaviour to the study of international organisations and multilateral negotiations. She holds a PhD in Political Science from the Université catholique de Louvain and Katholieke Universiteit Leuven.
