Purva Jain is an energy policy researcher focused on climate finance, clean mobility, and distributed renewable systems. She holds a Master’s in Economics from Jawaharlal Nehru Vishvavidyalaya (JNU), New Delhi, India. She advised the Asian Development Bank on energy innovation and assessed sovereign projects from a climate lens. She co-authored IISD work on “electricity subsidy swaps to solar” and G20 utilities benchmarking.
