Farid Lamara is a Programme Manager for Research at Agence Française de Développement (AFD), the French public development bank supporting sustainable development and international cooperation. He specialises in human development, multidimensional inequalities and human rights, with a focus on the links between climate, ecological transition and social justice. He previously held senior roles at Expertise France, the French international technical cooperation agency, and at International Organization for Migration, working on global health, migration and international development policy. Lamara holds a PhD in International Relations and Diplomacy from the Centre d’Études Diplomatiques et Stratégiques.
