Michèle Dominique Raymond is a Political Strategist and Expert in Policy Advice and International Relations based in Brussels. She previously served as Assistant Secretary General for Political Affairs and Human Development at the Secretariat of the Organisation of African, Caribbean and Pacific States and as Head of Mission for the Embassy of the Republic of Haiti in Germany. She holds a Master of Arts in International Relations from Université libre de Bruxelles and a degree in Clinical and Pathological Psychology from the Sorbonne.
