Jonathan Rackoff

Jonathan Rackoff is the Vice President, Head of Global Policy and Regulatory Affairs at Hedera Foundation. He previously served as a Senior Counsel for Oversight and Congressional Investigations at the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), and as an Associate General Counsel for Regulatory Affairs and Ethics for the White House. He holds a J.D. from Stanford Law School.
